ガンジーアシュラム博物館英語パンフレット日本語翻訳依頼

アーメダバード市内のガンジーアシュラム博物館。マハトマ・ガンジーの生い立ちを展示した博物館である。年間訪問数20万人前後。うち半数は外国人観光客。日本人数は約2万人前後。ヒンズー語、英語、スペイン語、フランス語の博物館パンフレットは無料配布されている。日本語はない。そこで博物館長よりボランティアとしてパンフレットの日本語翻訳を依頼されました。

■依頼内容
日本人の観光客はビジターブックで確認すると、3・7・8・12月に多い。15人から20人前後の団体観光客は7・12月に多い。英語しかパンフレットが用意されていないため、どうか、英語博物館パンフレットの日本語翻訳をボランティアでお願いしたいとのこと。

日本語訳を送ったところ、ガンジーアシュラム博物館よりお礼の言葉をいただきました。

Thank you for your mail and the translation of the brochure of the Ashram.

We are in the process of translating the brochure in the various regional as well as some foreign languages. It was perfect and wonderful paper which your organization have helped us very much.  For a time being we would give its print out to Japanese visitors and also planning to put it on our website.
